• The weekly support rate is $300, billed in advance.
• No refunds are offered for unused time or canceled weeks once payment is made.
• Support includes minor updates such as text edits, formatting tweaks, plugin troubleshooting, and basic page additions.
• It does not include full site builds, new theme installations, custom plugin development, branding work, or large-scale redesigns.
• Typical turnaround time is 1–2 business days.
• Out-of-scope requests may be declined or quoted separately.
• You may cancel or pause support at any time before your next billing cycle.
